Dominican Republic

Distribution of School Supplies : Students in small rural communities receive a portion of their school supplies, which helps combat school absenteeism. Taking care of these children means contributing to a better future for their families.

Food Basket Distribution : In some isolated rural communities, where access to external resources is limited, baskets filled with food and essential supplies are distributed to families in need.

Women's Sewing Workshops : The training provides women with self-employment in their homes, a daily income, and help in purchasing necessary medicines and school supplies for their children. Training provides a real and meaningful sense of life and ensures them a dignified life.

Guatemala

image Providing Learning opportunities in Guatemala

Our work is primarily focused on women with limited economic resources who want to improve their future by having greater opportunities. Ninety percent of the project’s students are indigenous from rural areas and have a desire to learn English and advance in life.

Due to political and economic corruption in Guatemala, many indigenous women do not have access to formal education. Despite chaotic living conditions in many regions, several international companies have established themselves in the country and employ people who provide services in English. We work with women of limited means because they also deserve good employment opportunities with these firms and in turn contribute to the progress of their families and local communities.

Good Action Foundation is helping by providing food, clothing, personal hygiene, and school supplies to orphanages and afternoon schools for needy children.

Our goal is to educate slum children from poor and less privileged families like daily laborers, fishermen, house workers, and sweepers. Especially we focus on girls to empower women in society.

El Salvador

image Providing A Day Senior Center Program

Growing old is not easy but can be even more difficult for those in need who lack the resources necessary to age gracefully. Good Action Foundation recognized that the number of not attended elderly in El Salvador needed assistance and supports a day senior center that caters to their needs.

We know that the reality of the elderly is very complex, and many more means are needed to provide them with better help. But we also believe that the solidarity of many does great things. That is why we thank you in advance for your generosity and support .
